Mr. Biset Beyene Molla, the founder and principal of the firm, has a four year full time Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree in Jurisprudence (General Law) and a 2 years full time Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Business Law from Addis Abeba University. He has extensive legal experiences after practicing law in wide array of areas including the academic world the judicial system. He served as Assistant Judge in the federal Court, Lecturer in Law at Alpha University College (full time), as well as at the Faculty of Laws of Addis Abeba University (on part time basis). He has also served Alpha University College as Academic Programs officer and Dean of the Faculty of Law. Immediately before he joined the legal practice he served at the prestigious Ethiopia Commodity Exchange (ECX), first as Manager for Discipline and Enforcement and then as an Assistant Legal Counselor.  He has certificates of training in Leadership in Law from Johns Hopkins University School of Communication, Baltimore, USA, and Transformational Leadership from International Leadership institute, Addis Abeba.
